PRE-SESSION GUIDE

Hello! First of all, thank you for choosing me to capture your special moments! Since we haven’t met yet, I wanted to share a guide to make sure our session runs as smoothly as possible. Here are some helpful tips below:

What to bring?

  1. Hairbrush and extra styling tools

    • Makeup mirrors are useful to make sure you’re looking your best

  2. Water!

    • The Florida heat can be brutal — especially during summer months — so make sure you’re hydrated

  3. Extra walking shoes

    • Session locations can be across campus, and walking in heels for a while can be quite uncomfortable

Session props

Champagne:

  • Popping champagne can create some awesome photos for graduation! If you’ve never done it before, I’m always happy to walk you through the process

  • Keep in mind, we’ll want to do this towards the end of the session because it can get on your clothes

Graduate Confetti:

  • Confetti is always welcome, but make sure that it is biodegradable, or else unfortunately we won’t be able to use it during our session

Prohibited Items:

  • Smoke Bombs

  • Balloons

  • Non-Biodegradable Confetti

Pets!

Pets are always welcome at my session! But, please make sure to let me know ahead of time. Also, I always suggest bringing a friend to take care of your furry friend

inclement weather

In the case of inclement weather, I am always happy to reschedule to another date that works best for the both of us. I’ll be keeping an eye on the weather a few days before our session and make sure to be in communication!

reminders:

Make sure to sleep well the night before our session and eat a snack before arriving so you’re ready to go!
